Yaqeen Capital, as Financial Advisor and Lead Manager for the Offering of Mohammed Hadi AL-Rasheed & Partners Company (the “Company” or “AL Rasheed”) on the Parallel Market “Nomu”, announces that the Offering of AL Rasheed Company has been concluded, and the offering for the total of (1,440,000) ordinary shares representing (12.00%) of the Company’s shares. Offering price: 28 SAR per share. Coverage was 682.99% of the total shares offered during the subscription period from Sunday19/10/1445H (corresponding to 28/04/2024G) to Monday 27/10/1445H (corresponding to 06/05/2024G). Yaqeen Capital, as Financial Advisor and Lead Manager will finalize the required procedures with the Saudi Stock Exchange and then determine the date for listing of the shares of AL Rasheed on the Parallel Market “Nomu”.
