Management Team

Moath has an extensive experience in financial advisory and investment banking. He joined Yaqeen in 2008 and he is a board member for a number of companies. He has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dalhousie University, Canada; Bachelors of Commerce degree with a double major in Finance and Computing & Information Systems from Saint Mary’s University, Canada.

More than twenty two years of experience in the banking and investments, his experience in treasury, Money Market and foreign exchange trading, he worked in AlAwwal Bank (SABB) and Gulf International Bank. He was the Head of Treasury at Yaqeen Capital.

In April 2017 he joins the Asset Management up to November 2022.

He holds an MBA degree from the Swiss business school and bachelors of business administration in management from King Faisal University.

 Ayman has an extensive experience of more than 10 years in finance, consulting, financial and banking services. He is leading the finance and treasury teams, responsible for reporting and budgeting. Before joining Yaqeen Capital in 2016, Ayman began his career in PwC in Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Yarmouk University in Jordan and holds many courses in the field of finance, banking and financial supervision and consulting.

Extensive experience in the financial advisory and investment banking with more than 15 years of experience, Rami served as CEO and board member of a closed joint stock company. He also was a member of the founding team of an investment company licensed by the Capital Market Authority, where he served as EVP of Corporate Finance. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Jordan, a master's degree in finance from the University of Leicester. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

He has extensive experience in the field of compliance and anti-money laundering. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Financial from the University of Dallas in the United States of America. Prior to joining Yaqeen Capital's team, he worked at Albilad Capital and Al Rajhi Capital, as well as the Head of Compliance at Saudi Fransi Capital.

Hisham has extensive experience, more than 22 years in financial planning & control, business planning, financial analysis, credit management and securities management. He was involved in establishing Alistithmar capital after spin-off from the Saudi investment bank in 2007. Hisham held several keys positions at alistithmar capital practically in finance, margin lending and local and international brokerage. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University and holds many certificates and courses in the financial sector.
