YAQEEN Capital announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental changes to Yaqeen SAR Murabaha Fund; such changes will become effective on (29/04/1445 H), corresponding to (13/11/2023 G) as follows:
- Appointing a tax and zakat advisor.
- Adding the article of Zakat in compliance with the ministerial decision and the directives of the Capital Market Authority.
- Update the financial information for the fund manager.
