More than twenty two years of experience in the banking and investments, his experience in treasury, Money Market and foreign exchange trading, he worked in AlAwwal Bank (SABB) and Gulf International Bank. He was the Head of Treasury at Yaqeen Capital.

In April 2017 he joins the Asset Management up to November 2022.

He holds an MBA degree from the Swiss business school and bachelors of business administration in management from King Faisal University.

Fares Al-Fares joined Yaqeen Capital in April 2024. Mr. Al-Fares has over 17 years of career experience in multiple relevant positions. Before Yaqeen Capital, Mr. Al-Fares was working as a Head of Asset Management at Al Rajhi Capital. There, he led the specialized team in charge of Managing DPM, Investment Funds, Alternative Investments, Product Development, and Wealth Management. Prior to joining Al Rajhi Capital, Mr. Al-Fares worked at SAIB BNP Paribas, the investment arm of Saudi Investment Bank, where he was responsible for Client Financial Markets Investments. Mr. Fares Al-Fares has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Prince Sultan University, College of Financial and Managerial Accounting.

Mr.Yarub has over 15 years of experience in the field of Offering and Listing Companies. He was the Manager of the IPO function in the Capital Market Authority for years before joining Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage Company (Alistithmar Capital) Head of Investment Banking. Thereafter, He joined Almajal Group as the Group’s Chief Investment Officer.

He holds an MSc degree in Financial Services Management from the University of Surrey and  a Bachelors in Finance from King Saud University.

A Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Management Consulting and Accounting. A persuasive communicator experienced in dealing with all levels of Management and Board of Directors in varied industries. Mohammed holds Bachelor of Science in Finance and Insurance and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts United States of America. In addition, Mohammed holds Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, United States of America. Prior to Joining Yaqeen Mohammed was Chief Risk Officer for Nayifat Finance Company, Chief Risk Officer for Albilad Capital and Chief Risk Officer for Saudi Fransi Capital. Prior to Joining the Financial Sector Mohammed was Senior Manager in Ernst & Young Risk Advisory in which was with the firm for the period of nine years.

Jamal has over 16 years of experience in the field of investment operations. Jamal gained his experience by working for SAMBA group, in addition to his work at Yaqeen Company in the Operations Department since 2009. Jamal holds a bachelor’s degree in business from King Faisal University - Saudi Arabia in 2013 and Diploma in Banking operations from IPA in 2009

Mr. Aljuraish has over 18 years of experience in Governance, Compliance Management, and Combating Financial Crime. He has held several leadership positions in compliance, combating financial crimes, and Governance at various financial institutions and has also worked as a Senior Expert in Governance and Compliance in Saudi Industrial Development Fund before joined Yaqeen Capital.He holds a Bachelor's degree in law from King Saud University, along with several professional certificates in compliance and Anti-Money Laundering, in addition to a number of related professional certificates.
