YAQEEN Capital announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Yaqeen IPO Fund; such change will become effective on (20/05/1444 H) , corresponding to (14/12/2022 G) The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: resign Mr. Saleh Alomair and Mr. Moath Alkhasawneh from being a member of the Fund Board and we are working to replace a member of the fund board with another person, also update the qualifications of the board members for Mr.Abdul Karim bin Hamad Al-Nujaidi (Independent Member) and Mr. Muhammad bin Misfer Al-Maliki (Independent Member). “Unitholders have the right to redeem their units before any non-fundamental change is effective; without incurring any redemption fees
